Honor your body and the Earth body? Sounds like a tall order, eh? It doesn't have to be. Small, mindful, and intentional practices can go a long way towards brining more care for your own being, as well as our beloved planet.
In a nutshell, when your body feels good, you feel good. When there’s a lot of trash around -- in our bodies or our environment, we have, at the least, a low level “fever” of discomfort, and at the most, a high level of rage, helplessness, and anxiety all at once. Neither feel very good, do they?
What's the remedy? Take action, big or small, to honor the inner you and the outer world that are both writhing in pain. Yes, there is a way to take deeper care of your own being while simultaneously honoring the Earth.
